PONTE VEDRA
Ponte Vedra Florida is located just west of the Intracoastal and east of I95. Comprised of many wonderful neighborhoods, it grew significantly with the development of Nocatee, a Community Development District within Ponte Vedra.
Homes and communities of all sizes and types of homes from estates, to garden homes to condos and townhomes, exist here. Golf cart paths were originally designed to connect all communities within Nocatee.
